People tend to be more engaged and you don\u2019t need to worry about emailing out slides and hoping people are following along. In some cases, sharing content can even help meetings get done faster and remove the need for follow-up questions and further meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With many conferencing tools the screenshare feature can be difficult to use, it may require a download or plug in or it just doesn\u2019t work. There\u2019s nothing worse than wasting time trying to figure out how to share your screen in the middle of a meeting only to have it fail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LoopUp makes screen sharing easy \u2013 it\u2019s just one click to share content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve never shared your screen\nwith LoopUp before, here\u2019s how you do it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>First, click the link to join your LoopUp meeting<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>(find out more about that&nbsp;<\/em><strong><em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/loopup.com\/resource-center\/blog\/click-link-join-meeting\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a><\/em><\/strong><em>)<\/em><\/li><li><strong>Click the big, orange \u201cShare My Screen\u201d button<\/strong><em>*<\/em><\/li><li><strong>You\u2019ll see a green band, which&nbsp;shows you what part of your screen is being shared.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>When you\u2019re finished, just click \u201cStop Sharing.\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;(<em>You can also stop sharing by using the meeting controls in the bottom right-hand of your screen, or by ending the meeting.)<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/loopup.com\/app\/uploads\/2017\/05\/ScreenSharing_UIImage.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-60138 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/loopup.com\/app\/uploads\/2017\/05\/ScreenSharing_UIImage-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"860\" height=\"484\" srcset=\"https:\/\/loopup.com\/app\/uploads\/2017\/05\/ScreenSharing_UIImage-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/loopup.com\/app\/uploads\/2017\/05\/ScreenSharing_UIImage-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/loopup.com\/app\/uploads\/2017\/05\/ScreenSharing_UIImage-768x432.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/loopup.com\/app\/uploads\/2017\/05\/ScreenSharing_UIImage-1536x864.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/loopup.com\/app\/uploads\/2017\/05\/ScreenSharing_UIImage.jpeg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Screen sharing on LoopUp is just as easy for guests as it is for meeting hosts. The <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loopup.com\/s\/article\/Screen-Sharing-Settings?language=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"default setting (opens in a new tab)\">default setting<\/a> on LoopUp meetings is \u201cGuest Ask Permission.\u201d This means that your guests will also see the big, orange \u201cShare My Screen\u201d button when they join the meeting, but when they click it, you\u2019ll get the option to allow them to share or not. You can also change this setting to always allow guests to share, or to never allow guests to share. It\u2019s up to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The other great thing about screen\nsharing with LoopUp is that guests can view what\u2019s being shared on any device,\nwithout having to download a plug-in. As long as they click the link to join\nthe meeting, they\u2019ll always be able to see who\u2019s on, who\u2019s talking and what\u2019s\nbeing shared.
