Suddenly firms needed platforms that could keep everyone working effectively and collaboratively in physical isolation.<br><br>Microsoft Teams quickly became the solution of choice in the legal world. Teams provides <a href=\"https:\/\/www.briefing.co.uk\/reports\/briefing-special-report-cloud-calling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rich collaboration capabilities<\/a> designed to improve matter delivery and organization. Law firms can co-author documents in real time with both internal and external users. Teams integrates expertly with case management software.<br><br>For law firms however, fully maximizing their Microsoft Teams deployment requires a considered approach.
