LONDON – August 24, 2016 – LoopUp Group plc (LSE AIM:LOOP), a premium remote meetings solution, today announced that it has appointed Lady Barbara Judge CBE to the Board as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. This appointment accompanies the group’s admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange today.

Lady Judge is currently chairman of The Institute of Directors, UK Business Ambassador on behalf of UK Trade & Investment, chairman of the UK’s fraud prevention service CIFAS, Chairman Emeritus of the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) and deputy chairman of the TEPCO Nuclear Reform Monitoring Committee.

Lady Judge has previously been chairman of the Pension Protection Fund, deputy chairman of the UK Financial Reporting Council, and a commissioner of the US Securities and Exchange Commission. She is best known to UK tech investors for serving on the board of IT company Axon plc prior to its take-over. In 2010, Lady Judge was appointed a CBE for services to the nuclear and financial services. She is also a trustee of several cultural, academic and charitable institutions.
