What is Screen Sharing?

Screen sharing is an easy way to share what’s on your computer screen with others, at any time during your conference call.

With a click you can share your computer screen, and participants can view from any device, no downloads needed.

How do I share my screen?

  • Click the orange 'Share My Screen' button
  • Follow the 1 minute set-up instructions (you'll only have to
    do this once)
  • A box will appear to say your screen is shared
  • Participants who clicked the link in the invite will automatically see your screen; others can go to view.loopup.com and enter the screen sharing ID

Screen Sharing System Requirements

To share your screen:

A one-time file download and installation of a browser plug-in is required.
You must have a Windows or Mac computer.

Mac version requires:

Mac OS X 10.6 or higher

Windows version requires:

Windows XP, 7, or 8

Supported browsers (for sharing or viewing):

Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer: version 8
and later

Safari

Safari: version 5.1 and later

Chrome

Chrome: all versions supported

Firefox

Firefox: version 3.6 and later

For optimal screen sharing performance, we always recommend using the latest available version of your browser.

To view LoopUp on the web, you must have Flash 10.2 or later
