LoopUp’s co-CEO, Steve Flavell, showcased the company’s SaaS conferencing and collaboration solution. Flavell explained how LoopUp is disrupting the $4 billion audio conferencing market, by providing clear product-led differentiation which solves classic problems – such as ‘what are the dial-in details, ‘who just joined’ and ‘who has all the background noise’ – that have plagued the industry for years and led most mainstream users to dislike this everyday business activity.
