Templates and resources &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.teams.microsoft.com\/templates-and-resources\">Microsoft Teams admin center.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This then needs to be assigned to the Call Queue you would like to have Shared History on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/loopup.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/04\/mvp-post-shared-call-history.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"602\" height=\"121\" src=\"https:\/\/loopup.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/04\/mvp-post-shared-call-history.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-126245\" srcset=\"https:\/\/loopup.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/04\/mvp-post-shared-call-history.png 602w, https:\/\/loopup.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/04\/mvp-post-shared-call-history-300x60.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe this feature will start to bridge that gap between Contact Center and the Queues App, this was missing for some of my customers and keeping them away from Queues App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it seems this functionality is directly linked to the Queues App, meaning to be able to see this call history agents all agents required to see it will need to be licensed with the Teams Premium License. Would this push you over to using Microsoft Teams Premium?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
