Last night we attended the Customer Sales and Service World Awards 2014 banquet as a finalist for Customer Service Department of the Year. I am delighted to report that we were named as the Silver Award Winner in our category.
The evening was filled with interesting companies who are providing inspirational levels of customer service. While an intuitive, value-adding product is essential for our success, the importance of quality customer support should not be underestimated. This award highlights our commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
We congratulate the company who took gold in our Category, Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America, as well as the companies awarded Bronze in our category, including Vonage Holdings Corporate, Unitrends and Voxox. Other award winners of the evening included BT, AMD and Merck.
As a company, we are proud of the work our Customer Support Team does day in and day out. The judges’ decision to give LoopUp the Silver award underscores the quality of our team, especially known for its experienced, personal service. Our customer service team members have been with LoopUp for an average of 4.6 years, which translates to an impressively knowledgeable team. The overall result of this team’s work – coupled with a product we’re also very proud of – is strong retention and net growth in the long-term customer base. This stands out in an industry that’s known for frustration and supplier switching.
