We’re pleased to announce the expansion of our college graduate program. This program offers recent graduates a role in the commercial organization, with training and development designed to prepare individuals for the next stage in their career. The program has been running since 2008 and has expanded year after year; having recruited twenty graduates into the business in 2013, we are now expecting to hire twenty seven in total during 2014. And, this January, we will be recruiting sixteen new college graduates to join our team – eight in the UK and eight in the US.
This college graduate program is crucial to our success as we continue our rapid company growth. As we discussed in our recent blog post on being an SFSU Business Partner, we’re always on the lookout for ambitious, smart graduates who are passionate about working hard and making an impact in a fast-paced environment. Seven years in and there are a great number of past program members still flourishing at LoopUp in different areas of the business, giving new graduates an idea of the type of career progression that’s available to them.
As a former member of the college graduate program myself (I joined in 2009 as part of the second year of the college graduate program), I can attest to quality of training and opportunity I’ve experienced during my time at LoopUp.
