It seems that our story is not only resonating with our fast growing customer base who have switched to LoopUp to escape years of painful conference calls, but also with independent experts who are seeking the next wave of innovation in enterprise communications and collaboration space.
Conference calls have been considered a commodity for several years now, but it seems as though more and more people – users and analysts alike – are now coming round to LoopUp’s point of view that this assertion is premature. Enterprise conference calls and online meetings can indeed be fundamentally better than business professionals have had to put up with for the last dozen or so years. Companies can indeed look to buy on a differentiated product and user experience basis, as opposed to just price.
