Here at a LoopUp, we love new grads. As business development associates they’re our front line and often the first interaction our customers have with our company.
LoopUp’s sales team doesn’t look just like any other sales team. We’ve built a unique organizational structure for new business that focuses heavily on process and team-based incentivization. Internally, we call this structure ‘pods.’ Every pod is made up of a mix of business development associates (BDAs), sales executives, and account management team members who are all focused on the same goal. We believe that when everyone works together (and is rewarded together), we succeed. This mentality has served us well and our pod organization has become a highly scalable and repeatable playbook for growth.
Twice a year, we conduct new grad recruiting event in search of new BDAs to add to our team. We just completed our January recruiting effort and we were certainly impressed with the calibre of the new grads who participated. We narrowed down a pool of hundreds of applicants to a short list of 45 standouts who joined us for a full day of meet & greets, on-the-spot presentations, and one-on-one interviews in our San Francisco, London and Boston offices. They were exciting days, and we’re delighted to welcome eight new BDAs to LoopUp in the coming weeks.
