Summertime has landed and we’re looking for recent grads to join the LoopUp sales team at our headquarters in London’s Shoreditch.

Top candidates will be contacted to join us for an Assessment Day on June 22 to see who’s up for the challenge. What can you expect on the day of?

Assessment Day

Candidates arrive at the LoopUp London office bright and early. We start with a quick networking session, offering everyone a chance to meet with other candidates as well as LoopUp sales team members.

Following that, the group sits in on a small presentation giving background to the LoopUp story, life on the team, staff incentives, a product demo and more. Candidates will then be asked to give a five-minute presentation on a subject of their choice. It can be anything from industry-specific topics like digital collaboration to something less obvious, say, space tourism. There’s only one rule… no props allowed.

Then, there’s a quick written assessment, a short lunch, and finally individual face time with members of senior management and team leads. That’s it!

Those selected to join the team, will begin mid-July.

About the position

For the last 7 years, we’ve recruited recent university graduates, and structured them into mini teams of 6-7 people that we call ‘Pods’. The result is a young, fun, collaborative, healthily competitive and successful working environment. Every pod includes a mix of business development associates (BDAs), sales executives, and account management team members all working toward the same goal. This pod organization has been very successful for us, repeatable and good for growth.

During the first year as a Business Development Associate, you will receive a lot of training, covering all aspects of the company, product and sales cycle and increasingly engaging with customers in line with your learning. We have an array of role models who have come through this program, some whom have accelerated quickly into management and director-level positions.

There’s also opportunity for growth internationally at our offices in San Francisco, New York, Boston and Hong Kong.
