LoopUp receives its third Microsoft Advanced Specialization

Stamp of approval

LoopUp has received the coveted Adoption and Change Management Advanced Specialization. To earn an advanced accreditation from the tech giant, a partner must meet demanding requirements. Performance measurements include a third-party audit, staff training and comprehensive customer endorsement.

Highest standards for technical expertise and customer service

The Advanced Specialization series are Microsoft’s top competencies, enabling partners to build on their gold capabilities and further distinguish their expertise and consistent performance.

Only partners with an active Microsoft Cloud Platform competency are eligible for the Advanced Specialization programme. And only partners who meet rigorous requirements around staff proficiency and customer success can then achieve accreditation.

Microsoft employs this approach to best determine their partners with highest competence in specific solution areas of high customer demand.

Earning three such Advanced Specialization accreditations is firm endorsement from Microsoft in LoopUp’s track record – and its dedication and commitment to its customers.

“At LoopUp, our platform is particularly differentiated for larger, international Teams Calling deployments,” says LoopUp’s co-chief executive Steve Flavell. “This badge of honour from Microsoft is testament to our deep Microsoft voice expertise and experience.”

“Combined with our broad regulatory coverage – we expect to be fully compliant for PSTN replacement in more countries than any other provider by the end of this year – and our innovative PerfectBundle pricing, we are the clear partner for our customers on their journeys from premises-based telephony to global cloud implementation.

Building transformative VoIP solutions

By meeting Microsoft’s stringent Advanced Specialization requirements, partners confirm their deep knowledge and proven success in delivering tailored, transformative cloud solutions.

The Adoption and Change ManagementAdvanced Specialization requires a certain number of employees to pass specific Microsoft Teams assessments. Eligibility for the Specialization also involved maintaining a minimum of 10,000 monthly active users’ growth over a trailing 12-month period and providing reference cases for Microsoft to review.

This latest award builds on LoopUp’s existing Microsoft Partner status, which includes Advanced Specialization Calling for Microsoft Teams and Advanced Specialization Meetings and Meeting Rooms for Microsoft Teams, in addition to the 10 Microsoft Competencies LoopUp holds including gold in Cloud Productivity, Collaboration And Content, Communications, Messaging, Project And Portfolio Management and Windows And Devices). LoopUp is also participating in Microsoft’s Teams Technology Adoption Program (TAP).

Delivering best-in-class cloud solutions

As organisations across the globe continue to maintain hybrid working practices, the demand for robust and reliable collaboration solutions has kept pace.

Teams is Microsoft’s fastest-growing app ever (with adoption is still rising) and its cloud telephony component, Teams Calling, is becoming the business sector’s tool of choice for communication.

“Microsoft Teams Calling enables organisations to truly unify their global communications for a modern and agile workplace,” says Steve Flavell.
