We’re pleased to announce that Frost & Sullivan has awarded LoopUp the 2013 European Conferencing Services Entrepreneurial Company of the Year Award
The Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Awards identify companies, products, processes and executives that have achieved world-class performances. This is the third time that LoopUp has been recognized by Frost & Sullivan: we previously won this award in 2006, and in 2010 we won a Frost & Sullivan award for New Product Innovation.
This most recent award notes that LoopUp offers a “simple, pain-free experience for its end users.” Frost & Sullivan highlights that our product is genuinely easy to use, which has resulted in great adoption rates of our technology (users with our mobile apps use our apps on over 60% of their conference calls). They also remark on our company growth, made possible by our commitment to keeping our product simple and user-friendly. In fact, the award report observed that “LoopUp’s innovations revolve around providing the most uncomplicated user experience of any online meetings service on the market.” A key component of the pain-free user experience is that one-click screen sharing is easily accessible during any conference call.
The award report underscores the fact that LoopUp has a differentiated product which is the result of identifying – and seizing – the gap in the market for simple conferencing that takes away the pain of audio conferencing and allows richer collaboration in a click, all without the need for training.
We’re delighted to now be the recipient of three Frost & Sullivan awards, which is testament to our continued innovation and responsiveness to users’ desire for simple everyday meetings. This is the most recent accomplishment from a very successful 2013 for LoopUp, which also saw LoopUp achieve runner up for Enterprise Service of the Year in the World Communication Awards and winner of Best Enterprise Service of the Year in Best in Biz Awards International.
