About our Free Plan

Is this plan right for me?

The Free Plan provides limited access to product features for individuals that want to try out LoopUp before signing up for a Business Plan or Enterprise Plan, or who only need the limited feature set.

What does the Free Plan include?

There’s no limit to the number of meetings you can host on the Free Plan, or the duration of those meetings, subject to our fair use policy. And you can host up to 10 participants in each meeting.

You and other participants join your meetings by clicking a join link in the meeting invite, and LoopUp dials out to you on a phone of your choice. With a Free Plan, participants can only join by dialling out to a domestic landline or mobile phone – there are no dial-in numbers, and participants can’t join from an international phone.

You have unlimited access to a range of premium LoopUp features, including screensharing, video and call recording. The Outlook add-in allows you to send meeting invites directly from your Outlook Calendar. And mobile apps for iOS and Android allow you to schedule, join and manage calls directly from your mobile phone.

The Free Plan includes access to our 24/7 customer support by email or phone, as well as the support.loopup.com support portal.

What’s not included in my Free Plan?

Upgrade to the Business Plan for $15 per month to add the following features:

• Domestic dial-in numbers
• International dial-in and dial-out access numbers (with usage-based Pay As You Go charges)
• Up to 20 participants in each meeting

Or upgrade to the Enterprise Plan for access to the full LoopUp experience, including:

• Account admin controls – allow an account admin to manage all the user accounts in your organization
• Single sign-on (SSO) for easy access and enhanced security
• Centralised billing and usage data

About the LoopUp Business Plan

Is this plan right for me?

The Business Plan is ideal for users with more comprehensive remote meeting needs, but who don’t need access to the complete set of features and administrative tools that are included with the Enterprise Plan.

What does the Business Plan include?

There’s no limit to the number of meetings you can host on the Business Plan, or the duration of those meetings, subject to our fair use policy. And you can host up to 20 participants in each meeting.

You and other participants join your meetings by clicking a join link in the meeting invite, and LoopUp dials out to you on a phone of your choice. Alternatively, participants can dial in to meetings with a local-rate access number and PIN code. Participants can join meetings from almost every country in the world by dialling out or dialling in. Domestic access is unlimited and free, while international access is charged on a Pay As You Go basis. A list of international access rates can be found here.

About the LoopUp Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise Plan is ideal for large organizations that need access to enterprise-grade features, including centralised user provisioning, management and invoicing. With the Enterprise Plan, users can host up to 150 participants in each meeting.

What does the Enterprise Plan include?

The Enterprise Plan gives users access to all LoopUp’s premium features, including screensharing, video and call recording. With the Outlook add-in, users can send meeting invites directly from their Outlook Calendar. And mobile apps for iOS and Android allow users to schedule, join and manage calls directly from their mobile phone.

The Enterprise Plan includes centralised user provisioning, administration and invoicing, making LoopUp simple for IT teams to implement and manage. Dedicated account managers are on hand to support with deployment, user training and account queries. User support is provided by our 24/7, follow-the-sun Customer Support team.

Participants can join meetings by clicking a join link in the meeting invite, and LoopUp dials out to them on a phone of their choice. Alternatively, participants can dial in to meetings with a local-rate or toll-free access numbers available for almost every country in the world.

LoopUp is designed to be rolled out to all users in an enterprise. With Pay As You Go pricing, you only pay for what you use. Licence-based pricing per user is also available.

How does pricing work?

With our pay-as-you-go pricing, customers only pay for what they use. On each call, we apply a per-minute charge for each participant. That charge depends on which country the participant is in and how they choose to join the call. A small additional charge applies for features like screen sharing, video conferencing or call recording. These charges only apply to calls when the feature is used, and each feature is only used on a call when it is initiated by the host. We provide bespoke rates and volume discounts for each customer based on their specific needs.

We also offer licence-based pricing for businesses that want a more predictable monthly spend. The cost per licence is based on various factors including the number of licences required, expected usage and contract length.
