About our Free Plan

Is this plan right for me?

The Free Plan provides limited access to product features for individuals that want to try out LoopUp before signing up for a Business Plan or Enterprise Plan, or who only need the limited feature set.

What does the Free Plan include?

There’s no limit to the number of meetings you can host on the Free Plan, or the duration of those meetings, subject to our fair use policy. And you can host up to 10 participants in each meeting.

You and other participants join your meetings by clicking a join link in the meeting invite, and LoopUp dials out to you on a phone of your choice. With a Free Plan, participants can only join by dialling out to a domestic landline or mobile phone – there are no dial-in numbers, and participants can’t join from an international phone.

You have unlimited access to a range of premium LoopUp features, including screensharing, video and call recording. The Outlook add-in allows you to send meeting invites directly from your Outlook Calendar. And mobile apps for iOS and Android allow you to schedule, join and manage calls directly from your mobile phone.

The Free Plan includes access to our 24/7 customer support by email or phone, as well as the support.loopup.com support portal.

What’s not included in my Free Plan?

Upgrade to the Business Plan for $15 per month to add the following features:

• Domestic dial-in numbers
• International dial-in and dial-out access numbers (with usage-based Pay As You Go charges)
• Up to 20 participants in each meeting

Or upgrade to the Enterprise Plan for access to the full LoopUp experience, including:

• Account admin controls – allow an account admin to manage all the user accounts in your organization
• Single sign-on (SSO) for easy access and enhanced security
• Centralised billing and usage data
• Custom branding – add your company’s logo to your meetings
• Dedicated account manager for support with deployment and administration
• Up to 150 participants in each meeting

About the LoopUp Business Plan

Is this plan right for me?

The Business Plan is ideal for users with more comprehensive remote meeting needs, but who don’t need access to the complete set of features and administrative tools that are included with the Enterprise Plan.

What does the Business Plan include?

There’s no limit to the number of meetings you can host on the Business Plan, or the duration of those meetings, subject to our fair use policy. And you can host up to 20 participants in each meeting.

You and other participants join your meetings by clicking a join link in the meeting invite, and LoopUp dials out to you on a phone of your choice. Alternatively, participants can dial in to meetings with a local-rate access number and PIN code. Participants can join meetings from almost every country in the world by dialling out or dialling in. Domestic access is unlimited and free, while international access is charged on a Pay As You Go basis. A list of international access rates can be found here.
