Remote meetings provider LoopUp awarded CCS Network Services 2 framework supplier status

London UK – September 26, 2019LoopUp Group PLC (LSE AIM: LOOP), the premium remote meetings company, has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Network Service 2 framework. As a result of LoopUp’s new supplier status, government and public sector bodies will be able to procure LoopUp’s services under Lot 9 – Audio Conferencing Services.

Network Services 2 provides public bodies with access to many different kinds of telecommunications services including networks, voice and data provision such as telephones (fixed landline and mobile), internet access, WiFi, radio and audio and video conferencing.

CCS has now awarded 10 lots and expects to award Lots 5, 10 and 13 in due course.

LoopUp will be providing two services: reservationless audio conferencing – for day to day conference calls, and Event by LoopUp – a specialist operator-assisted service for large high-profile event calls.

LoopUp’s reservationless audio conferencing service helps technology leaders transform remote meetings at their organisation by combining reliable audio quality with simple, unintimidating software that enhances the meeting experience for all participants.

‘Event by LoopUp’ takes a white glove approach to large scale important announcements, with dedicated live assistance from end-to-end: from event design, through dress rehearsal, the event itself, and post event debrief.

To gain the award status, LoopUp had to satisfy the stringent standards required by the CCS in key areas of enhancing citizen services, security, performance and cost savings. Evidence to support these had to be provided, including endorsements from current customers.

This follows on from LoopUp recently being awarded official supplier status on another CCS-managed public sector framework – G Cloud 11.

Both frameworks streamline the procurement process for any public sector organisation across a range of telecommunication and IT cloud-based services.

“We’re delighted to be recognised by the CCS for meeting the tough criteria for providing secure, reliable and cost-effective products and support to public sector organisations”, commented Steve Flavell, co-CEO of LoopUp Group PLC.

“We help our customers ensure that their day-to-day remote meetings are simple, reliable and secure, and that their important events run smoothly and comfortably.”

LoopUp currently works with a number of public sector organisations including DWP, HS2, DEFRA as well as CCS.
