Zach studied Computer Science at Manchester Metropolitan University. During a placement year at General Electric, he realised he preferred a working environment where he could take on diverse responsibilities rather than a conventional large-company structure.

Zach has over a decade of experience in Microsoft unified-communications (UC) and voice solutions — in particular focusing on telephony and voice integration with collaboration tools. As Principal Architect at LoopUp, he leads global deployments of Microsoft Teams Phone for enterprise clients — from strategic planning and proof-of-concept to multi-site rollouts. He advises organisations on optimising Microsoft licensing, security, and modern workplace capabilities to ensure enterprises can fully leverage Teams and cloud-based telephony.
