LoopUp provides cloud-based Microsoft Teams calling in more places than any other provider. That means fully compliant PSTN replacement in 100+ countries, including the US, Canada, the UK, most of Western Europe, Australia, India and China.

How many countries are available via Operator Connect?

LoopUp is a Microsoft-certified Operator Connect provider, live in 71 countries. Customers can connect their Teams tenant to LoopUp's network directly from the Teams admin center, with no on-premises hardware.

What if Operator Connect isn't available in a country?

Where regulations or market conditions rule out Operator Connect, LoopUp offers Direct Routing as a Service, SIP Trunking or Bring Your Own Carrier (BYoC). This keeps every site on Microsoft Teams, managed through a single global platform.

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

Yes. LoopUp supports porting domestic DDI ranges in its covered markets, and can provision new numbers where you need extra capacity or a new local presence.

Will my calls show a local caller ID?

Yes. LoopUp supports domestic CLI (Caller Line Identification), with local CLI pass-through and ring-back, so outbound calls show a familiar local number.

Does LoopUp support emergency calling?

Yes. Emergency services routing is included in covered markets, so emergency calls are routed correctly for each location, in line with local regulations.

Can LoopUp work with my existing on-premises infrastructure?

Yes. For countries not listed, or where you have existing SBCs (Session Border Controllers), LoopUp can integrate with your on-premises SBCs. This lets you bring those sites into the same Microsoft Teams calling environment.

Is LoopUp's service fully licensed and compliant?

Yes. LoopUp runs a fully licensed service that meets local telecoms regulations. Where regulations restrict direct service, it provides compliant alternatives rather than workarounds.
